Please find attached the 3rd and final announcement of IMLA 17.  Please note that the deadline for submission of abstracts is 8th May 2009.

Some of the highlights of the conference will include a seamen’s photo exhibition “Beyond the Horizon” by a seafarer’s group named “Hato-Kai” from Japan.

The sightseeing programme will be to the slave Castles of Cape Coast and to the Kakum National Park in the Central Region of Ghana on 11th September 2009.
